Job Summary: The Food Service Account Manager role will aim to:
• screen & identify potential culinary solution needed tailored to specific customer operation needed, align necessary development with R&D team to lock recipes and approval on trials-based om new proposed solution, close up accounts and maintain continuous improvement and implementation.
This role demands a deep understanding of the culinary industry, exceptional relationship building skills and a proactive sales approach.
Key Responsibilities.
• Account Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the food service and food industry sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans, potentials to maximize valuable sales portfolio
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
• Highlight and strengthen unique selling proposal and solution benefits.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and Approach new accounts to expand the client base within Gulf Market.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our solution in application, and providing customers with training.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
• Pursue opportunities for account growth. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop proposals tailored to client needs.
• Forecasting and Reporting:
• Prepare and present sales forecasts to the management team
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges promptly.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, market conditions, new products, and competitors’ activities and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our market positioning and product offerings for service improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Culinary certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in sales along with food preparation demo in different operation in food service & HORECA trade.
• Strong track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
• Skills/technical competencies:
• Expertise in approaching new accounts, conducting product demos, creating demands, and negotiating pricing.
• Proactive and results-driven with strong follow-up capabilities.
• Strong sales techniques and ability to approach and engage new accounts effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Ability to analyse market trends and forecast sales for effective planning.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft office mainly in excel reports, tracking tools and presentation.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• knowledge:
• Familiarity with Lebanese and Mediterranean gourmet food products is a plus.
• Strong understanding of culinary concepts, ingredients and yield cost analysis and food trends.
• Deep understanding of the culinary industry and familiarity with gourmet food specialities.

• Having passions and politeness to work with different levels and nationalities in foreign countries.
